Privacy

This notice explains what happens to the details you leave on the list at Cap Soleil Lawn Tennis Club. It is written to meet the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Brazil’s Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD).

Who looks after your data

[RESPONSÁVEL], [ENDEREÇO], is responsible for your data (the “controller”). You can reach us at [EMAIL DE CONTATO].

What we collect

When you put your name down:

We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. We do not store your IP address. To stop abuse, we keep a scrambled, one-way code made from your IP address and email for a short time, and delete it within a day.

Why we collect it

To send you Les Lettres du Club: the opening of the Pro Shop and rare news from the club, at most one letter a month. We do this on the basis of your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a); LGPD article 7, I). Keeping the list safe from abuse is in our legitimate interest (GDPR article 6(1)(f); LGPD article 7, IX). We do not sell your details or share them with anyone for their own use.

Where it is kept

Your details are stored by Supabase in the European Union (Paris, France), protected by encryption and access controls. Only the club can read the list.

This website is delivered by Cloudflare.Like any website, these providers briefly handle technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the page. Where a provider is outside the EU or Brazil, it is bound by the safeguards those laws require, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

We do not send letters yet. Before the first one, we will name the email provider here.

How long we keep it

For as long as you stay on the list. You can leave at any time, and we delete your details within 30 days of being asked. If the club stops writing to the list, we delete it.

Your rights

You may ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, have them deleted, take a copy, object to their use, or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before.

To do any of this, write to [EMAIL DE CONTATO] from the address you signed up with. We will reply within 15 days.

If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority: the ANPD in Brazil, or the supervisory authority where you live in the EU (in France, the CNIL).

Changes

If this notice changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
